The Mask of Khal Ankur was originally a reward for killing mobs during the Treasures of Khaldun event. It was also later made available during the Treasures of the Archlich with the additional property of Shard Bound. The Caddellite infused property was specifically added for the Treasures of Khaldun event, but a Caddellite-infused weapon was still needed even if wearing the mask.
