Concussion Blow

The Concussion Blow special move was added during the Age of Shadows expansion. It adds between 10 and 30 extra hit points of damage. The amount of the extra damage is based on the difference between an opponent's mana and hit points; the greater the spread, the greater the damage. According to a FoF, formula for the damage bonus is the absolute value of the victim's current mana percentage minus his or her current hit point percentage, divided by four, plus ten.

The extra damage dealt is direct damage, thus not effected by resistances. This special move can be activated by setting a key macro for the appropriate primary or secondary weapon ability or double-clicking the icon in 2D. The icon will highlight red when activated.

Primary Weapons
Weapons with a primary ability of Concussion Blow require 70 or higher in the appropriate fighting skill and Tactics.
Seconday Weapons
Weapons with a secondary ability of Concussion Blow require 90 or higher in the appropriate fighting skill and Tactics.
