The Goblet of Celebration is a reward that is received from successfully compeleting The Honor of the De Boors chain quest. The quest is given by the NPC, Derek the Merchant, who can be found in the North of the city of Trinsic, near the Trinsic Royal Bank.
The contents of the Goblet can be drunk, with no effect. The Goblet will magically refill after a few moments.
