You can find Minotaur Artifacts in the Labyrinth Dungeon.
They are found sitting on the ground in random locations. It is often easier to see them if you use the (CTRL + Shift) hot key, as they are often hidden buy building or look like part of the decorations.
Used in the Lorekeeper Broolol the Keeper of Tradition Lost Civilization Quest.
