Shard of the Crystal of Duplicity was an event item obtained from the corpses of Virtuebane in Magincia during the In the Shadow of Virtue event cycle in late March, 2011. It was blessed with a tag:

The shards disappeared after two days. On some shards, EMs collected the shards back from the players.
