King Vernix near his throne inside the Green Goblin Encampment.
Vernix is the King of the Green Goblins. He can be found in the Green Goblin Encampment north west of the Underworld . He gives the Untangling the Web and Green with Envy quests in which you need to slay 12 Acid Slugs first to get an Acid Popper and then obtain 1 Eye of the Navrey Night-Eyes from Navrey Night-Eyes to get a large bag of treasure.
