Broodmother Egg Drops
Question
Patch notes say eggs can be on Broodmother's corpse. I have not heard of anyone getting any. Is this the case? Furthermore, are all egg colors available from Broodmother if this is true, and from the Matriarch? I know there are a lot of red ones, but we seem to get a LOT of red.
Answer
Parallax: Yes, Mature Umbrascale Eggs can drop on the corpse of the Broodmother, however it is a very rare chance. Dragon Nests, The Broodmother, and The Matriarch all have the same pool of colors that can drop. Hues 0 and 2781 only come from the reward vendor in Caldur's Watch.
New Pet Beetle
Question
As a tamer I've loved all the new content to include hunting the uber rare Clydesdales, dragons, and now Flame of Kindlehart. It's brought me so much joy and I'm hoping for a new beetle design soon! I think it would be really cool to have a mounted beetle like a fire beetle but maybe with a cool design or rare colors. Maybe a 100% poison beetle with a green hue and still have rune corruption. I love having a variety of pets and training them is what I enjoy the most. Please keep up the great work being done!

Pet Reset Token
Question
Can we please get a token/potion that allows Tamers to reset the pet training on one of their pets? I can’t be the only person who is kicking himself for messing up the build of a great pet, especially after learning how to build them properly!
Answer
Kyronix: If we were to implement a feature to do this, we would not be able to revert a pet to its original state. Instead, the only possible implementation would be to re-roll the pet and whatever stats it respawns with are the stats it would have within the defined ranges for that pet type.
Participation Points and Adds
Question
Does the damage you do towards the initial adds at these encounters count towards your participation points? Or any adds really, or is the damage participation part strictly based on damage to the boss?
Answer
Parallax: It depends on the specific encounter, but all event bosses for the last couple years have all provided credit towards the boss for killing the adds. For currently active content, this remains true for The Matriarch and The Kindlehart Tempest, killing the adds will yield credit towards the boss. Additionally some boss abilities, such as Fiendish Calling, have been updated so any adds spawned through that mechanic will provide credit towards the creature that summoned them.
Shadowguard Roof Timer
Question
Is it possible to get a few more minutes before getting kicked off the roof when completing Shadowguard? As is there's not enough time to pick up all the gold and look through the corpse for artifacts.

Kyronix: Right now the time is set at 5 minutes, we can increase this to allow more time for loot collection.
