A Letter From Eliza is a quest item that is part of the Halloween 2009 Quest to investigate and solve the disappearance of Jared the Tinker. It is given by Eliza the Tinker and must be delivered to Tomas O'Neerlan the Famed Toymaker. The letter is Blessed.
The letter must be surrendered to Tomas O'Neerlan for the quest to proceed to the next step. However, the letter has no expiration timer. It cannot be removed from the players backpack, so you cannot elect to forgo the quest on a character and keep this letter as a keepsake or deco item.
