The Blade of Insanity is a grey Katana that can be aquired in dungeon Doom. It is classified as a Major Artifact and drops as special loot in the Doom Gauntlet.
Notes
- Cursed Blade of Insanity were given as loot from Ophidian Beserkers, Grim Reapers, and during the Magincia Invasion of November 2007.
