Bleach is a quest reward item and behaves in a similar fashion as the mini-artifact Pigments of Tokuno and comes with 10 charges. However, instead of coloring an item it does the the reverse and removes hue from artifacts or enhanced magic items, thus returning it to its default color.
For example, barbed leather items become a plain leather color, valorite armor becomes iron armor color, etc. If you would like to remove the color from a looted weapon with elemental damage, you must first successfully enhance the weapon.
Bleach may be obtained once per character by completing the quest given by Emilio the Tortured Artist, located in the Artist's Guild in Britain.
