The Cloak of Corruption is dropped by Shadowlords during the Blackrock Detector event. It is a a pure black elven hooded robe. When worn, your character's health, mana and stamina will be drained away. The reduction rate is approximately -14 regeneration in each stat. The draining effect can be countered if enough regeneration items are equipped. Due to the Cursed property, the cloak can not be Insured, thus keeping it mostly for decoration.
To acquire a cloak you must be one of the top 3 damagers on a Shadowlord. One of the best ways to achieve this is to cast the Armageddon spell, dealing damage of 1/2 the Shadowlord's life.
