Cups can be acquired in the Fan Dancer Dojo in the Tokuno Islands. It has a rarity of 4 and therefore spawns approximately every 12 hours. A minimum of 100 (Grand Master) stealing skill is required.
(98° 37'N 86° 41'W) Located on the second floor, in the central large room. It spawns on the west wall next to a tower sculpture.
