Dropped into the packs of the top damagers against Melissa the Servant of Nosfentor, who was fought by players at the end of the Royal Council Massacre event.

The only cloak in the game with durability, it comes with +5% fire resistance. Can be blessed using a Clothing Bless Deed, and can also be dyed.
