Pigments of Tokuno (Greater, Metal)

The Pigments of Tokuno are used to dye magical items (such as weapons and armor). Pigments from this set were obtained only during the second Treasures of Tokuno event and are classified as a Major Tokuno Artifact (as were the earthen colours, albeit as Minor Artifacts).

The metalic dye collection came with 10 uses per item. Ultima Online Japan lets you purchase these with 50 charges instead, with the exception of the Subdued Coal colour.
