Pigments of Tokuno (Lesser)

The basic Pigments of Tokuno are used to remove custom colors from magical items such as weapons and armor. They were obtained during the Treasures of Tokuno events and are classified as a Minor Tokuno Artifact. Such items gained from the first two events had 10 uses each, though versions from the third had just one.
Note that this item works the same way as the quest reward Bleach.
