The Pixie Swatter is a Scepter obtained as a Paragon Artifact. Killing Paragon creatures gives a chance to have one of these Artifacts appear directly in your backpack, depending on your Luck.
The poison area effect is considered useful at Champion Spawns. It is currently the only item to have the Fey Slayer property.
