One crafting Blacksmiths' selection in the Axes category is the Battle Axe. It can be redeemed for reward points in the Britain Library Collection; used to return House Addons to their deeded form; and used on corpses to produce feathers, hides, raw birds, raw ribs, scales, and wool.

Battle Axes require a skill of 30.5 to create and consumes 14 ingots in the process. The axe may hold its maker's mark and retains the color of the material from which it is made. Crafted versions can have their durability increased, via Powder of Fortifying, to a maximum of 255 and dyed with Pigments of Tokuno.

It is a Two-Handed Weapon for practitioners of Swordsmanship.
