Large Orge Lord
The Large Orge Lord spawns in Despise as part of the Compassionate Task quest. To get the Large Orge to spawn you kill Ogres and Ogre Lords in Despise. When enough are killed a message will appear above the head of every player in the dungeon stating, "You hear an echoing roar throughout the dungeon!" The Large Orge will have spawned in a random part of Despise and you must go find him.
