The Rune Carving Knife is a One-Handed Weapon for practitioners of Fencing. A Blacksmith can find it in the Bladed category of the crafting menu. Crafted versions can have their durability increased, via Powder of Fortifying, to a maximum of 255 and dyed with Pigments of Tokuno.
Crafting of this type of Assassin Spike requires the use of Peerless ingredients. Because of the modifications associated with this weapon, it is considered a Blacksmithy Artifact, its properties cannot be enhanced with the use of Runic Hammers during creation.
The creation of a Rune Carving Knife requires:
- the Mondain's Legacy expansion,
- a Blacksmithy skill of 70 or better.
