Lozat the Numismatist
Lozat the Numismatist was an NPC who collected Copper Shillings, Silver Crowns and Gold Sovereigns in exchange for tickets which could be turned in for points as part of Spring Cleaning 2008. He could be found in Britain sitting inside the East Britain Bank.
Lozat is a creepy, old coin collector. All the other Spring Cleaning staff are glad he is on the other side of the river way over in East Britain so they can easily avoid his awkward invitations to the tavern after they get off work at server maintenance time. He keeps a dead starfish in his pocket and pets it when no one is looking. People think he lives near the beach, but the smell is really the starfish.
