To celebrate 13 years of Ultima Online, every character over 30 days old received an anniversary ticket in their backpack upon login through November 28, 2010.

The 13th Anniversary ticket allows the choice of one of the following:
- A White Leather Dye Tub
- A Display Case facing East or West
- One of 3 types of Grandfather Clock
- Small Grandfather Clock
- Large Grandfather Clock
- White Grandfather Clock
- One of 4 types of Planter
- Ancient Stone Planter
- Grecian Planter
- Modern Stone Planter
- Oak Barrel Planter
Upon selection a green backpack named "13th Anniversary Gift Bag" will be placed in your character's main backpack. Inside will be the gift you picked and a 13th Anniversary Fruit Basket. Eating the basket will reveal a quote from a UO developer.
