The Evil Orc Helm is an Orc Helm that spawns on Orc Lords. It imparts a Karma loss for equipping (or logging in while wearing) it.
It lowers Int/Dex by ten, but raises Str by ten in "exchange".
The Evil Orc Helm is a named Orc Helm that spawns on Orc Lords. It imparts a Karma loss for equipping it or for logging in while wearing it.
While worn, the Helm grants a Strength Bonus of 10, but either an Intelligence or Dexterity penalty of 10 points, depending upon which is the higher stat. When an Evil Orc Helm is removed the stats return to normal, but the Karma lost must be regained manually.
