Meraktus the Tormented
Meraktus the Tormented Minotaur is the Peerless champion in the Labyrinth. As far as I know, Meraktus has only been summoned a few times. I have no idea what loot he has, because of the fact that everybody just goes to the Miasma and nobody goes any further. He has an area effect that is brutal, so if he's summoned, be careful. He also has an attendant spawn of 4 Tormented Minotaurs. If anybody has gotten any of his special loot, please post it here.
We ran this quest and found it to be hard work. Keep looking out for rare named spawn one named Flurry and the other Mistrel both look like Energy Vortexs but with differnt hues. Grim is a named drake.
The Area effect is brutal as the above poster mentioned. Once we killed Meraktus we found there was nothing whatsoever special about his loot just a bit of gold and pretty useless items.
