Phillip's Wooden Steed is a decorative item obtained in one of three ways. The killing of Paragons or Leviathans gives a chance to have it appear directly in your backpack, depending on your Luck. It can also be earnt by following Level 6 (Ingenious) Treasure Maps.

It will make a noise when people step near, as long as it is locked down and enabled via the context menu.
