Quiver of Rage is an artifact quiver. Prior to Publish 55, it was the only item with the Direct Damage property, although the property was never displayed to players. According to Jeremy, this was a bug.

Notes

Currently a bug is in effect where a dyed quiver will repetitively lose it's custom color, even if dyed again.

The item's properties changed in Publish 55, making it substantially less powerful/useful. Previously they were:
