Void Orb is an Imbuing ingredient needed to imbue Hit Life Leech, Hit Stamina Leech and Hit Mana Leech properties onto items. It can be found on Void Creatures in Ter Mur and on Unbound Energy Vortexes on the 5th level of Shame.
As of Publish 61, a character with 90 Tinkering and 80 Magery can craft void orbs by using a tinkering tool along with 1 Dark Sapphire and 50 Black Pearl. Look in the Assemblies submenu.
