Chaos Dragoon
These were Lord Blackthorn's Dragoons. Sitting astride a Swamp Dragon, they field a stomp attack to finish off a foe. Although Lord Blackthorn is now gone, his riders still roam in Ilshenar.
A Bolas will not fall a Dragoon. However once a rider has been dispatched, his mount will remain. The Swamp Dragon can then be tamed, or killed for its hide.
