Lumber is the generic term for an in-game consumable resource. There are two different types of lumber: logs and boards. Logs are gathered by using the Lumberjacking skill on trees. Logs can be turned into a board with the use of the Carpentry skill and a Carpentry tool. However, in order to turn a log into a board you must have the appropriate skill level in Carpentry.

There are 7 types of lumber that can be harvested from trees:
