Skeletal Dragon
As the name implies this is basically an undead dragon.
It spawns in Ilshenar, in the 2nd level of the dungeon north of the Sacrifice Shrine. It is also found in the dungeon Doom. The Boatman summons it to kill you if you summon him without a golden skull to offer him in payment for bringing you across Lake Mortis.
It also sometimes appears as a Necromancy summon.
