Hit/Parry Chances
Question
How are bola chances calculated? I was testing throwing a bola with a character who has 100 Anatomy / 120 Evaluating Intelligence / 5 HCI, and another character with 120 Wrestling / 45 HCI, against a target with a shield, 120 Parrying, and 35 DCI. The results seemed the same for both characters, which makes me wonder — does HCI really have no effect in this scenario? To gain "(Add 5% if Parrying or Bushido skill is 100 or above)" u need real parrying? Also the same thing for eval/anatomy for defensive wrestling does it need to be real?

Parallax: There's a couple questions in there, so let's break them out. Does HCI affect bolas? Yes, the attacker's HCI is compared to the defender's DCI to determine the chance to hit. There is a minimum chance of 5% and a maximum of 95%. If this hit chance check is successful, a parry chance will occur. If the attacker passes both checks, the bola will land.
Do you need real Bushido/Parry skill for the 5% parry bonus? Real skill is not needed. The check is performed against your modified skill, and if either your Parry or Bushido are 100 or higher, you will receive the 5% bonus to Parry.
Do you need real skill for the Eval/Anatomy defensive bonus? You do not. Modified skill will be checked.
Binding Mastery Primers

Is there any chance of creating a system like the scroll binders, but for mastery primers?

Parallax: This is something we would have to evaluate the potential impact of. I won't say no, but at this time it is probably unlikely.
UO Forum Archive
Question
Can the UO Forum be put into a "read only" archive mode? So we can still have access to all the great info that has been posted over the years?

Kyronix: The underlying forum software has reached end of life and no longer meets necessary security requirements. As a result, we'll be bringing the forums internal and unfortunately cannot provide a public-facing read-only option.
Emptying Rune Books
Question
Can we get a button on regular rune books to empty them entirely in one shot?

Kyronix: This is an item on our list of future QoL enhancements.
Buff Icons
Question
Can we get an icon on the buff bar when using luck totems? Also, a timer on the icon for city trade deal buffs?
Answer
Bleak: We have a number of client updates in the works, and can do a buff icon pass to provide as much UI information as possible.
