Publish 116 is the second publish of 2023. It was released in three parts and includes anniversary rewards, holiday gifts, Treasures of the Feudal Lands event, updates to the Huntmaster's Challenge, and more.

26th Anniversary Rewards

All veteran characters 30-days or older logging in between Friday, September 1, 2023 12:01:00 AM GMT-04:00 and Sunday, October 15, 2023 11:59:00 PM GMT-04:00 will receive a 26th anniversary gift bag
The bag will contain a 26th Anniversary card from a member of the Dev, GM, or EM team as well as a token to redeem a collectible wall poster
Wall posters showcase box art from all Ultima & Ultima Online releases over the years
The older the game, expansion, or booster's release date – the more rare it is to obtain

The Treasures of the Feudal Lands will take place in the Tokuno Overlands of Isamu-Jima & North Makoto-Jima
The Treasures of the Feudal Lands will begin following 12pm ET when each shard receives Publish 116.1
Points from the Treasures of the Feudal Lands expire Wednesday, December 20, 2023 11:59:00 PM GMT-05:00
Points can be redeemed for rewards from the Artifact Trader located south of the Makoto-Jima desert pass

New quary have been to the Huntmaster's Challenge – hiryu, bake kitsune, gaman, sabre-tooth tiger
New rewards are available from the Huntmaster's Challenge
- Gatherer's Pack – offers weight reduction for leather, hides, bones, feathers, tiger pelts, dragon turtle scoots, fur, wool, cloth, and scales.
- Tomahawk Steak Recipe – Gaman now produce a raw tomahawk steak when butchered that can be coupled with salt and herbs to make a cooked tomahawk steak via cooking

Tokens can be redeemed for a holiday gift box available in a variety of common and rare styles and hues.
Gift boxes can be chosen with 1 of 3 styles of tartan rugs
Each gift box includes a personally embroidered stocking, a candy cane, and a gingerbread cookie

Krampus will be active between Thursday, December 7, 2023 12:01:00 AM GMT-05:00 and Thursday, January 11, 2024 11:59:00 PM GMT-05:00

The Artisan Festival will be active between Thursday, December 7, 2023 12:01:00 AM GMT-05:00 and Thursday, January 11, 2024 11:59:00 PM GMT-05:00
The Festival returns with the new stained glass & bed skirt designs

Following the conclusion of the Treasures of the Feudal Lands on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 11:59:00 AM GMT-05:00 a new champ spawn will become active following the completion of regular maintenance on every shard. Deployment is expected to be completed by noon the day following completion of said maintenance.
A variety of monster snow sculptures are available as participation rewards
Final boss mob rewards include a replica of the Artisan Festival tree that can be placed in a home, when double clicked the tree will impart Krampus slayer (effective against Krampus and his minions) good for 24 hours.
