The Kindlehart Tempest is part of the seasonal event Kindlehart. The Tempest is spawned once the Essence Collector is filled with Kindlehart Shards.

The Herald located at the entrance to the Bardic Collegium will notify with a bark:

A massive tempest of pure Kindlehart Essence has manifested near one of the shrines of virtue! Defeat it and capture the massive amount of essence it contains!

The Tempest will spawn at a random Virtue Shrine. The Tempest can be spawned every 30 minutes.
