PvP Updates
+Skill Item Penalty
- There is now a minimum total skill threshold of 20 that you must exceed in a skill before it will be added to your +skill penalty. This threshold includes real skill as well as modified skill.
- Example: You have 0 real skill and equip an item that gives you +20 in that skill, the +20 will not be counted towards the skill penalty. However, if your combined real skill and +skill items exceeds 20 in that skill, all of the +skill value will be counted towards the skill penalty.
- Equipped skill items that go beyond your skill cap will no longer be counted towards your +skill penalty.
- Example: If you have 100 real skill and equip items that give you +30 in that skill, only +20 of those skill points will be counted towards the skill penalty (assuming that skill has a cap of 120).
- The total combined +skill threshold across all skills has been increased from 100 to 120 before any penalty goes into effect.
- Please note that this threshold is likely to change throughout the testing process as we fine tune the values.
